Chai Syrup

Love chai? We make a concentrated chai tea formula to add to coffee, tea, water, or milk for a cooling, delicious drink to support hormones, stress, and overall wellbeing of the whole system! This is designed for menstrual and menopausal support, and also is a great drink to incorporate reducing coffee intake. This is very beneficial for liver and skin support too! 

Ingredients: 

Cinnamon, cardamom, licorice, Siberian Ginseng, mullein, burdock, red clover, lemongrass, raspberry leaf, ginger, star anise, black cohosh, skullcap, and love. 

Instructions:

Add 1-2 tablespoons to milk, coffee, tea,  cocktails, smoothies, pancakes, oatmeal, and more!
