How to use
For compresses or poultices: Place one tea bag in ½ cup of warm water and cover. Allow to steep for 1–15 minutes, depending on urgency. Apply the tea bag directly to the affected area or soak a clean cloth in the tea and use as a warm or cool compress.
For internal use: Prepare as a tea by steeping one tea bag in hot water for 15–20 minutes. Strain and enjoy as desired.
Caution: St. John's Wort may interact with certain medications. Please consult your healthcare practitioner before internal use if you are taking prescription medications.
